Information you share with us is voluntary. We don’t spam; we strive to communicate with our clients and subscribers based on the frequency they choose. We use your information for our own marketing to share company updates on our current services or as a new service is available for our clients, marketing tips, and how-to’s from our blog and YouTube channel.
We at Visibly Media take the issue of protecting your personal information entrusted to us very seriously. We use a CRM to collect information you choose to share. Information collected can include your name, your email address, phone number, your company name, your position at your company, and your question about marketing, social media, podcasting, graphic design, or WordPress website design. While we use other software to help us run Visibly Media (i.e., bookkeeping, event scheduling, social media posting, graphics for print or online marketing, etc.), we do not allow these companies access to your personal information without your express, complete permission.
